ABOUT GOLDEN AWARD

According to calculations of the result of 2008, on May 11, 2009 in in Paris Bahra Sponge cake Plant was granted 35^th GOLDEN AWARD and was nominated "Year's Best Trade Mark" for high-quality bread and buns, as well as sponge cakes and technology. During the ceremony the reward was received by the director of "Unikal"FPC Mr. N.H. Huseynov. It is already 35 years that Trade Leader's Club Expert Council grants the award to companies that are leaders in their field for their rapid development.

"UGUR" NATIONAL AWARD

On March 19, 2010 Bahra Sponge Cake Plant achieved a new success. As a result of the research held in 2009 by Consulting & Business magazine, Bahra Sponge Cake Plant was the first company in the field of biscuit production who got the award "UGUR" National Award for pace of development in Azerbaijan's Economy and Business and so, it got down in history. Awarding ceremony was held in one of the esteemed places of the country - Gulustan Palace. The award was presented to the director of Bahra Sponge Cake Plant Mr. Niftali Huseynov by the deputy, member of  Milli Majlis (parliament), Sabir Hajiyev. "UGUR" National Award, founded to be presented in the field of Azerbaijan's economy and business, is the award given to businessmen, state and public figures for the contribution they make into the strengthening and development of our economy, for opening of new work places and by this improve welfare of every family.
