"UINKAL" Foodstuff Production Company has begun its activity since 1992 in Azerbaijan food industry's confectionary field, especially, as a producer of sponge cake products. Since 2006 "UINKAL" Foodstuff Production Company has begun its activity as a sponge cake plant under trade mark "BAHRA" and for the very short period of time developed in Azerbaijan's confectionary field under the motto "Health product for health food" and managed to win sympathy of a large number of customers and consumers.

Currently "BAHRA" Sponge cake Plant is specialized in wholesale and retail of sponge cakes and other confectionary. The representations of Bahra Sponge cake Plant operate in Baku, Sumgayit, as well as in such regions as Ganja, Shaki, Agsu, Quba, Masalli, Salyan, Hajikabul and Nakhchivan under the trade mark of "BAHRA". The products of Bahra Sponge-cake Plant can be bought by our consumers even in the most distant settlements and villages of our Republic.

Products in the plant are prepared on the machinery made by leading Italian and German companies. Stuffs for Bahra Sponge Cake Plant's high- quality products are imported from such European countries as Turkey, Germany, Italy, Denmark and Austria. Alongside with this, Bahra Sponge  Cake Plant is a distributor of Backaldrin Company in Azerbaijan, that is a world brand according to its rates in bread and buns production.
