This is a simple, industrial and completely automatic line to produce all types of biscuits with low fat contents (as Marie, Petit Beurre type).
The line is composed of:
- horizontal mixer and feeding system - lamination unit with 7 or 9 rollers - relaxing conveyor, stamping and scrap separation - rotary moulding machines as an option - cyclothermic tunnel oven - cooling and stacking - packaging - electrical installation
All these machines are manufactured taking into account their specific use, the necessary time for assembling, their functionality and production capacity, their lasting time. They are assembled and tested in workshops of producer. All electrical plants and connections are also pre-assembled and tested before leaving for their final destinations. Moreover, these equipments and the oven are manufactured in such a way as to give the possibility of improving the line output capacity in the future, by adding modules to the oven and re-adjusting the equipments themselves at a higher speed rate. Together with the machines, producer will supply the basic technology for production start, as well as several recipes; so that even those customers who are producing baked items on an industrial scale for the first time are guaranteed.

According to calculations of the result of 2008, on May 11, 2009 in in Paris Bahra Sponge cake Plant was granted 35th GOLDEN AWARD and was nominated "Year's Best Trade Mark" for high-quality bread and buns.
