•    an easy and quick installation at start-up; quick mould changeover for different production needs; quick machine setting at product changeover and therefore great flexibility of operation and adaptability to cope with the most varied recipes; quick and through cleaning; reduction in personnel required for operation; quick and easy routine and special maintenance;
•    the line complies with the strictest international standards regarding sanitation and accident prevention;
•    the sound level does not exceed the maximum level allowed by international standards;
•    the frame of the individual machines, made from surface treated carbon steel, is equipped with thick side supports and suitable robust side beams positioned in the most crucial areas;
•    the guards and protections are made from stainless steel;
•    all the belts of the conveyors comply with FDA standards;
•    the modularity of the line gives the possibility of having a varied combination of machines and hereby creating the most suitable line for obtaining a particular product; In fact, the following can be added: a further three-cylinder forming machine; a duster distributor; a flouring unit; a sheeted or cut-sheet; extra-gauge rolls and calibrator gauge rollers; a rotary moulding machine completed with dough feed system, by-pass conveyor and washover unit; a conveyor for the salt-sugar sprinkler and relevant excess salt or sugar recovery system; automatic system for loading dough into three-cylinder hopper.
