Soft biscuits line

It is possible to produce all the kind of soft dough biscuits with medium content of fats, in purely industrial and automatic way.

The basic line is composed by:

-    horizontal mixer and feeding
-    rotary moulder, washover and sugar sprinkler
-    tunnel oven
-    cooling and stacking
-    packaging
-    electric board

All the machines have been realized considering the specific work of use, the assembling time and their duration. The machines are assembled and tested in our workshop, the oven is assembled in pieces long 40 feet so that to reduce the uneasiness of the assembling times in site, on electric plant the fitting and connections are pre-mounted and tested. Together with the machines, producer will supply the technology for first production and a good number of recipes, so to guarantee even those customers who are producing industrial biscuits for the first time.
