Vertical Syringe Machine

The new vertical syringe machine, SVG series, have been studied and manufactured to simplify the adjustment of the various parameters. The product to be filled must be contained in alveolus shaped trays as cup-cakes, custard cake, Twinkies, croissants, puff pastries, donuts etc. The electronically controlled head allows an elevate versatility, permitting different types of filling with jams and with highly viscous creams. The product discharge can be used in automatic mode using suction cups devices or needles. The structure is completely made in stainless steel AISI 304 mounted on feet and composed by:

•    Tray transport on chains with step advancement;
•    Loading hopper made of stainless steel AISI 304 jacked for the product heating an additional heating for the injection head;
•    Injection head made of stainless steel with valve made of plastic material;
•    Injection pistons with mechanic adjustment of the step equipped with special seals in accordance to the FDA rules;
•    Needles-holder plate, easily interchangeable and with washing collector;
•    The injection head is vertically moved by an eccentric and a motoreducer controlled by a frequency converter.
The working logic is controlled by a PLC with operator panel interface Touch Screen.
